JOIN US as a VENDOR for the 3rd annual Arts and Craft Exhibition!  We are holding this event to raise money for the children of St. Chris.  The money will go towards offsetting tuition for the students. 

This event is held on Small Business Saturday, November 25th, 2017, 11am to 3pm and is being promoted vigorously through different media outlets including local newspapers, Speedway’s own television station, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, direct email and through our church bulletin. 

Vendors must furnish their own tables/chairs and other setup needs. Electricity is available on a limited basis for a fee. Set up will be Saturday morning from 9am to 11am and you are asked to stay for the entire event.  Breakdown must be done by 4pm.  Coffee will be provided for the vendors at no cost.

Indoor Booth 8’x10’ is $40 + an item from your shop valuing between $10-20
OR 8x10 with electrical outlet (limited) is $45 + item for the raffle .

We will be selling raffle tickets at the door and the donated items will be given away in the raffle toward the end of the day. 

Organizers reserve the right to request removal of merchandise that does not meet quality standards or conflicts with the event theme. Booth fees are non-refundable and non-transferable. Booth vendors are responsible for all sales tax and insurance needs. The event organizers cannot be held responsible for any loss or damages you might incur. This event is a “rain, snow, or shine” event.
