St. Christopher School is hiring a Cafeteria Manager for the 2018 – 2019 school year.
Requirements: The Cafeteria Manager is responsible for food service related business and personnel management. He/she is responsible for supervising, coordinating and directing the work duties of all food service personnel, and the preparation and distribution of meals at the school. He/she will make sure the school’s program complies with local, state and federal agency requirements, and will complete all required reports while operating the program in a businesslike manner.
(1) Must have the training, experience and ability to direct the food service operation.
(2) Must have knowledge of large quantity meal preparation, menu planning and completing state, federal and local reports.
(3) Must have purchasing, strong human relations, communication and business management skills.
(4) Must meet any additional qualifications set by the school, including completion of Safe and Sacred and the ability to pass a background check.
